It’s a simple process, to request a refund of your call charges.
We will ask you to send us a copy of your phone bill which will need to show your telephone number, or your name and address to prove that you are the bill payer, it will also need to show any calls made to our service (our telephone numbers will start with 09) and then finally the cost of your call to us.
Please ensure the address shown on your telephone bill is correct and up to date as this will be relied on when we post your refund.
Once we receive your refund request, we will attempt to confirm receipt via email, please allow up to 30 days for us to process the refund to you. All refunds are made in the form of a cheque and are payable to the bill payer.
Should you feel we have failed to deliver on our commitment to you, you can make a complaint to us via any of the above contact options.
If you are still not satisfied with our Final Response you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must approach the Financial Ombudsman Service within six months of our Final Response to your complaint. We will remind you of the time limit in our Final Response.
